Inspired by the Rebozo Mexican Birth Closing Ceremony, we offer a urban version of it.
Closing the bones ceremony is an ancient traditional Mexican knowledge. For closure of the pregnancy & birth, recollecting the body, soul, mind and emotions, healing and grounding the transition into your motherhood.
Postnatal care as well as healing support after Trauma.
Postnatal physical and spiritual ceremony.
During birth a beautiful big opening happens in all levels. There is a need to recollect the body, to make closure with your pregnancy. A special time dedicated to processing giving birth and becoming a mother, strengthening the body and spirit and helping it to recover. Coming back to the body, soul, consciousness, to the woman that you are.
FOR WHO AND WHEN:
For mothers, from about 40 days after your birth until....many years after!
Please notice that even if your are 40 days after birth, it's important that your bleeding has finished already for the closure.
For mothers and father after a traumatic birth.

About Zohar Ren:
Zohar Ren is an experienced and certified birth preparation teacher and Doula. An Arvigo® therapist, a prenatal, postnatal and baby massage therapist, a Theta Healer®, Dancer and Poet.
Zohar is teaching private and group Deep Birth Preparation sessions, physiological, emotional, physical and mental birth preparation. As well as holds open birth talks to spread the message of safe, natural and pleasure-full, love- full births.
She is a speaker for pleasure, sensuality and sexuality, also emphasising their connection to birth in her teachings and seminars.
